 | 1. WARM-UP & STRECHES: -
Set-up 2 fields field #1 & field #2 side by side -
#1 field players have ball each, #2 field player without ball. -
#1 field Players will dribble, then pass the ball to a teammate with the inside of the foot in #2 field at the coach signal and vice versa. Variations: 2. PASSING SESSION: a-One on One passing Set-up field as figure on the left side. Divide the players into pairs with one ball; -
Make the goal 2 yards apart for success. -
Player will score thru the cones and add-up their score -
If it becomes easy, make the goal 1 yard Variations: b- Square & diagonal passing Set-up field as figure on the left side. -
Divide players into 2 teams: A & B TEAM and have extra balls -
A team passes square (straight) passes and B diagonal passes -
All the balls by A1 to start the drill. -
B5 player passes to the Coach (or parent). -
When A2 player passes the ball, next ball is in play. -
When all the balls reach the coach, he will restart to the A5 player. -
Rotate A team and B team and follow the same sequence. Variations: -
Switch foot -
Use different part of the foot (outside, instep laces) etc. -
Turn 360 degrees then pass. -
Use a Fake move and pass. -
